Cancel Open Requests
You can now review and cancel entire open customer requests in a new Customer communication section in Profile management.
You can see the status of each form in the request and choose to cancel any or all of the forms in one action. When cancelling, you can add a comment that will appear in the audit report.
Previously, each form had to be deleted within the related tasks and open flow requests were unable to be deleted within the PassFort’s user interface.
No changes are required to use this feature, it’s available now
