We have moved things around on the profile page so that everything is easier to find. The link to the Applications section has been moved to the left hand side along with the other sections on a profile.
The new 'Profile data' section merges the old 'Collected data' and 'Verified profile' sections. All the functionality is still there, it's just much more straightforward to get to.

To make sure that no application gets missed, when a user is deactivated, any product applications assigned to them are unassigned.
Anyone on your team who is set to receive notifications for unassigned product applications will be alerted when new activity happens.

You can now choose to automatically move to the next task when completing a task.
This is to help make onboarding a new customer just a little bit smoother for you!
With new options to filter a profile’s due diligence tasks, it’s easier to focus on what you’re working on.
You can now filter to only show the tasks which are required for open applications. This filter will hide any tasks which are no longer required if the risk level changes or if an application is rejected. This is now the default view.
When you want to see the tasks required to pass all applications, including those which have previously been rejected or cancelled, filter by required for all applications.
For a view of every single task, including those that aren’t assigned to any application, filter by all tasks. You can of course still filter by a specific application to see the tasks required for that application.

To make sure you have full visibility of changes to a profile, you can now see the full history of a profile's data in the audit log.
This will apply for all changes going forwards and will help you keep a record of what information was available at a given time when decisions are made.
Admins can now view the custom fields that are configured for your organisation within the policy builder.
Just get in touch if you need any changes!
When you assign an application to your colleagues or @mention them in a conversation, they will now receive an email to let them know!
This will help them find important information more quickly.

You can now mark tasks as 'Failed' so it's easier to distinguish between incomplete and failed tasks.
So things are clearer, 'Complete' tasks are now called 'Passed' tasks. For an application to be approved, all tasks must be 'Passed'.
